Let the morning sickness begin

Just a short post to share the latest excitement in my life (and the lives of Ken and Hannah)....we're pregnant!! Yep, as you can see from the photo above, the positive is pretty clear. :) I've already gone to the doctor and my estimated due date is October 8th. So, now all my thoughts are filled with names, wondering what the gender is, is everything okay with the baby, how will we adjust, etc. I think one thing I'm realizing though that even as good as this news is, I still cannot allow this huge distraction to get in the way of my time with the Lord. I'm SO thankful for this pregnancy (despite the morning sickness I'm already feeling), but I still want the Lord to be number one in my life. Perhaps the continued spending time with Him will help take my mind off of the worry about going to one income, paying off debt, etc....and will probably make the pregnancy go faster!!
